The device can directly measure the defects online in the process of metal additive manufacturing, eliminate the defects in real time, and directly improve the quality of parts. The on-line nondestructive testing technology and laser shock strengthening post-treatment method are introduced into the additive manufacturing process to form a new defect free additive manufacturing technology. During the processing process, the laser shock strengthening post-treatment is detected, fed back and controlled.
